The pledge of happiness, as claimed by Gestalt psychologists, is the harmony between the inner and the outer world. It seems that it is very easy to define your desires, aspirations and just go to what you want. Work on the realization of their desires is so pleasant, and if it is pleasant, it means that it is not difficult. But, unfortunately, in reality, the ordinary business of our life - contact with oneself and the outside world - turns out to be the most difficult, literally unreal task. Because since childhood we have been trying to meet someone’s expectations, to submit to someone else’s attitudes, regardless of our own desires. As a result, energy and forces are spent not at all what is really necessary. And happiness still remains an unfulfilled dream. But there is always time to fix everything and, most importantly, teach your children to be happy!
