News24 reported the founder of the non-profit organisation Love, This Skin said she was star struck when she met the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan, during her visit to Buckingham Palace.

Mbuli said: "The first moment I chatted with her was when we took the big photo with all of us and the queen. She just looked at me and said, 'Congratulations, you guys are doing incredible work.'"

However, she added she did not know how to respond. Mbuli said she wanted to tell Meghan she looked amazing, but she thought it might not be appropriate, so she settled for “thank you”.

Despite being part of one of the most famous families on the planet, Mbuli said Harry and his wifey were very down to earth.

"They were very supportive and would like to work with us, which is fantastic."

However, Mbuli said meeting the queen was a bit more intimidating. The Young Leader said the Queen was very attentive and she would make eye contact when speaking to them.

Luckily, everything went down smooth for Mbuli, who was nervous about curtsying correctly.

"It felt like 30 seconds and I was very, very nervous that I would curtsy incorrectly or say something wrong, but everything went very smoothly."

According to Mbuli, visiting Buckingham Palace was a dream come true.

She wrote on her Facebook account, “Words fail me! This moment will be with me forever. Never in my wildest dreams! I will take time to thank everyone who made this moment possible.”
